Dharma Return Policy?
Dharma.io has a return policy that allows returns/exchanges for most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Items that are damaged, altered, used, or have their tags removed are not eligible for return.
To request a return, customers must contact Dharma at communications@dharmaoriginals.com with their order number, the reason for the return, and whether they would like a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the return is due to a defect or error by Dharma. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned product, minus any shipping and handling charges, within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
For exchanges, Dharma will offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability, provided the products are in their original condition and packaging with all tags intact. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, and Dharma will cover the cost of shipping the new product to the customer.
In case of damaged or defective products, Dharma will replace or refund the product. The customer must contact Dharma within 24 hours of delivery to report any damaged or defective products.
